Axcelarate LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates Replai, an AI-powered social media automation service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Replai service ("Service").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only what we need to provide and improve the Service, we do not sell your personal data, and we give you control over your information.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: Name, email address, business name, and password when you create an account
  • Billing information: Payment details processed securely by our payment processor, Paddle. We do not store your full credit card number
  • Business information: Details about your business that you provide to configure your AI agents (e.g., services offered, pricing, location, FAQs)
  • Communications: Messages you send to our support team

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including features used, pages visited, and actions taken
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
  • Log data: Server logs including access times, pages viewed, and errors encountered
  • Cookies and similar technologies: As described in Section 9 below

2.3 Social Platform Data

When you connect your social media accounts to the Service, we collect data necessary to provide the automation functionality, including:

  • Comments and messages received on your connected accounts
  • Profile information of users who interact with your content (as permitted by the relevant platform's API)
  • Performance metrics such as response rates and lead capture data

This data is collected under the permissions you grant when connecting your accounts. See Section 5 for more details.

  • Process payments: Manage your subscription and billing through Paddle

4.1 Service Providers

  • Paddle: Payment processing and subscription management
  • Twilio: WhatsApp messaging infrastructure
  • Anthropic: AI language model processing (Claude API)
  • Make.com: Workflow automation infrastructure
  • Cloud hosting providers: Infrastructure and data storage

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Axcelarate LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. Social Platform Data

The Service integrates with TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp. When you connect these platforms:

  • You authorize us to access your accounts under the permissions you grant
  • We process messages and comments on your behalf to operate the AI agents
  • Data from these platforms is subject to their own privacy policies (TikTok, Meta/Instagram, WhatsApp)
  • We store conversation data and lead information to provide our Service functionality
  • You can disconnect your social accounts at any time from your account settings, which will stop data collection from those platforms

We do not access, store, or use data from your connected social accounts for any purpose other than providing the Replai Service to you.

We comply with the data use policies of all integrated platforms. If a platform changes its API policies, we will update our integration accordingly.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy:

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation to allow reactivation
  • Conversation and lead data: Retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, retained for 30 days then deleted
  • Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations
  • Log data: Retained for 90 days

You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us at contact@axcelarate.io, subject to legal obligations.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Secure, access-controlled infrastructure
  • Regular security reviews and updates
  • Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.
